Shop Information
At our shops, you can do a try fitting and check the actual sizes and colors of the rental gears. If you have any socks you will wear on the day of climbing, please bring them with you when you come to the shop. We also have socks for your try fitting.
At the shop, you can take out the rental gears with you from one week before the rental begins. (Colors or types of the items are limited to the store stock.) If your rental begins later than a week, or if you desire the item to be delivered, we will ship it later, so please finish a try fitting and an ordering process at the shop.
Not only pick-up, we accept all the returns at the shop, including the items you received by mail. Please drop by our shop to return the rental gears on the way back, and you can go back home with empty-handed.
Please remind that you call our Call Center to make an appointment before you visit our shops.
When you make an appointment, please schedule it with some extra time because the schedule can slow down during busy season.
＜When you pick up the rental gear at the shop＞
・The rental gear can be picked up from a week before the rental begins. If the rental is scheduled later than a week, your gear will be shipped to you later.
・Our stock at the store is limited. If you wish to rent the item of a specific color, please let us know about the details of the item when you make an appointment.
・If you would like to pick up the item at the shop, please make sure to bring your ID with you, such as a passport.
Shinjyuku shop
We are located on 6th floor of a building close to Shinjyuku West-Exit Bus Terminal. During the climbing season, our shop are opened from early in the morning, which make it easy for you to pick up your gears before meeting at the gathering spot. After coming back from the mountain, you just drop off your heavy gears at the shop, and can go back home with empty-handed!

Kawaguchiko Shop (7/1～9/11)
We are located close by the entrance of Fuji Subaru Line, which goes to Mt. Fuji.
Our convenient location, close by Kawaguchiko IC, and our spacious parking lot make it easy to be accessed by car. Not only for Mt. Fuji climbers, we hope
to provide our service for hikers around Fuji Five Lakes and other mountain climbers of this area.

Take Kawaguchiko IC on Chuo-highway and head towards Kawaguchiko-Ohashi.
Right turn at an intersection “Subaru Line Iriguchi (entrance).” Soon after passing Fuji Kawaguchiko High School,
our shop, a yellow building, is located on the right.
Fuji Subaru Line 5th station Shop (7/1～9/11)
We opened our new store at Fuji Subaru Line 5th station on Yoshida Trail, the most popular one! It is on 1st floor in “Unjyokaku” building. This opening was to respond to our customers comment such as “I wanted to return rental gears as soon as coming
back from mountain,” or “It would have been nice if I could shop Mt. Fuji souvenirs after coming back.” Now you can just drop off the heavy gears and go home with empty-handed.
No reservations will be needed for return, and we would rent
gears as long as we have stock in 5th station store.
